Event Transfers
We understand that plans can change, so here are your options for transferring your registration for the King’s Runner 10k. Please review the details below:
Transfer Options
1. Transfer to Another Participant
- You can transfer your King’s Runner 10k entry to another individual for a $30 transfer fee.
2. Switch to the Virtual Event
- Participants may transfer their in-person King’s Runner 10k entry to the Virtual Hapalua and King’s Runner Series.

3. Upgrade to the Hapalua Half Marathon
- If you’d like to switch your entry to the Hapalua Half Marathon, contact us at [email protected]. Our support team will transfer the value of your King’s Runner 10k entry to a credit, which can be used toward the Hapalua Half Marathon registration. You’ll receive an email confirmation once the transfer is complete.

How to Transfer Your Registration
- Self-Service Transfers: You can complete most transfers on your own using the ‘Manage My Booking’ link in your confirmation email.
- Need Assistance? If you require a new confirmation email or have additional questions, contact us at [email protected] for support.

- Transfers must be completed before the event takes place.
- Fees, if applicable, are non-refundable.
